This Privacy Policy explains how Timures, a sole proprietor registered in Kazakhstan ("Timures", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you visit the FinTrack website ("Website") or use the FinTrack application ("Application").

By using the Website or Application, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on whether you visit our Website or use the FinTrack Application.

1.1 Website

When you visit the Website, we may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website and to improve its content and performance.

Google Analytics may collect information such as:

  • interactions with the Website;

Google Analytics is used on our public Website and is not used inside the FinTrack Application.

1.2 FinTrack Application

When you use the Application, we collect information necessary to provide the Service.

Account Information

FinTrack uses Google Authentication for user authentication.

When you sign in with Google, we receive:

  • your name;
  • your email address.

We do not receive or store your Google password.

Financial Information

FinTrack allows you to manually enter financial information, which may include:

  • income;
  • expenses;
  • savings;
  • savings goals;
  • account balances;
  • recurring payments;
  • rent and other financial obligations;
  • taxes and other planned payments;
  • financial challenges and related progress.

This information is provided by you voluntarily and is used to provide the functionality of FinTrack.

Subscription Information

FinTrack is a paid subscription service.

When you purchase a subscription, Lemon Squeezy processes the transaction.

We may receive information necessary to identify your purchase and subscription status, including transaction or subscription identifiers.

FinTrack does not receive or store your credit card or debit card number.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information for the following purposes.

Website

Information collected through Google Analytics may be used to:

  • understand how visitors use the Website;
  • measure Website traffic;
  • identify which pages and content are useful;
  • improve Website performance and content.

FinTrack Application

Information collected through the Application is used to:

  • create and maintain your account;
  • authenticate you through Google;
  • store and display your financial information;
  • calculate available balances and other financial metrics;
  • track income and expenses;
  • manage savings goals;
  • provide financial challenges and track their progress;
  • maintain your subscription access;

3. How We Store Your Data

FinTrack uses Google Firebase services for authentication and data storage.

Google Authentication is used to authenticate users.

Your FinTrack account and financial information are stored in Google Firebase Firestore.

Your financial information is stored in Firestore and is accessed by the Application only as necessary to provide its functionality.

We do not maintain a separate database or backend containing your financial information.

Google may process information in accordance with its own privacy policies and terms.

4. Payment Processing

Payments for FinTrack are processed by Lemon Squeezy.

Lemon Squeezy acts as the merchant of record for transactions made through its platform.

FinTrack does not collect, process, or store your complete payment card information.

Payment information is entered into Lemon Squeezy's payment interface and is processed by Lemon Squeezy.

Lemon Squeezy may provide FinTrack with information necessary to associate a purchase with your FinTrack account and maintain your subscription.

5. Third-Party Services

FinTrack currently uses the following third-party services:

Google Authentication

We use Google Authentication to allow you to securely sign in to FinTrack.

Google provides us with your name and email address associated with your Google account.

Google Firebase Firestore

We use Firebase Firestore to store your FinTrack account and financial information.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics on the public FinTrack Website to understand Website traffic and usage.

Google Analytics is not used inside the FinTrack Application.

Lemon Squeezy

We use Lemon Squeezy to process FinTrack subscriptions and payments.

These third-party services may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms.

We do not sell your personal information or financial information to third parties.

6. Financial Data

Financial information that you enter into FinTrack is provided voluntarily.

FinTrack is designed to help you organize your personal finances, develop financial discipline, track spending and savings, and understand your available funds.

FinTrack is not a bank, financial institution, investment adviser, accountant, tax adviser, or financial planner.

We do not connect to your bank accounts or access your banking credentials.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter into FinTrack and for any financial decisions you make based on information displayed by the Application.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our public Website may use cookies and similar technologies through Google Analytics.

These technologies help us understand how visitors use the Website and improve its content and performance.

The FinTrack Application does not use Google Analytics.

Authentication and other technologies necessary for the operation of the Application may use cookies, local storage, session information, or similar mechanisms required to provide the Service.

We do not use cookies to sell your personal information to third parties.

If we introduce additional non-essential tracking or advertising technologies, we will update this Privacy Policy and obtain consent where required by applicable law.

We rely in part on security features provided by Google Firebase and Google Authentication.

However, no Internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for protecting access to your device.

9. Data Retention

We retain your account and financial information for as long as your FinTrack account remains active, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

If you request deletion of your account, we will delete your personal information and financial data from our active systems within a reasonable period, subject to legal or other legitimate retention requirements.

Certain subscription, transaction, or accounting information may need to be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate purposes.

10. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your FinTrack account by contacting us at:

For security purposes, your request should be sent from the email address associated with your FinTrack account.

When your account is deleted, your FinTrack financial data will also be deleted from our active Firestore database, subject to information that we are legally required or permitted to retain.

Deleting your FinTrack account does not necessarily cancel your Lemon Squeezy subscription.

You should cancel your subscription separately through the subscription management options provided by Lemon Squeezy.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

  • access your personal information;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • request deletion of your personal information;
  • request restriction of certain processing;
  • object to certain processing;
  • request a copy of your information;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

FinTrack uses third-party services provided by Google and Lemon Squeezy.

FinTrack is not intended for children under the minimum age required to independently use online services under applicable law.
